CrossFit 215 has a dedicated staff determined to help our athletes reach beyond their goals and expectations. Our coaches are trained professioanls who uphold the standards of practice set forth by the greater CrossFit community. We are CrossFit, CrossFit Football, and CrossFit Endurance affiliated. As a result, our training and programming will refelct the approaches of all three of these practices. CrossFit 215 does however take a more focused approach on strength development as we believe it is iimperative to build strength to enhance the metabolic conditioning and endurance training in all of our athletes .
