Membership Options

CrossFit 215 is open Monday through Saturday and will offer a variety of class sessions throughout the day to meet your every CrossFit need! Sessions will be capped at 15 athletes and pre-registration for classes is preferred. See our class schedule for more information and to pre-register for your spot in class.

Membership Options:

On-Ramp Program: A 12 session fundamentals class for all new athletes to ensure knowledge and safety in the CrossFit methodology. New athletes must complete the "On-Ramp" program before graduating into regular class settings. Some athletes may be capable of "passing out" of this programming depending on level and experience.

Pay-as-you-go: Attend single sessions for a flat rate per visit. A small taste if you will...

2/week: A monthly membership that allows 2 visits per week, ideal for those athletes looking to enhance their typical training regimen or the weekend warrior.

Unlimited: A monthly membership that permits athletes to attend as many sessions as possible per month. Drink the koolaid, I dare you!

Personal and Semi-private Training: Brush up on skill development or receive more hands-on coahcing during an hour long one-on-one or semi-private session. Available by appointment only, call or email to schedule your session today!

CF 215 Information NOTE: While CrossFit 215 is not about reinventing the wheel, we do hope to breakdown and leap over the traditional model of fitness built on body-building mentalities, isolation movements, and extended aerobic sessions. CrossFit is about shedding the "big box" stigma of the traditional gym settings and turning back to the rugged and raw foundations of exercise. Most importantly, this means removing the machines from the gym floors and opening up space for movement and true fitness.
