The CF215 Promise: I will promise to do my best. My best may vary from day to day, from hour to hour, from minute to minute, but in that minute I will do the very best that I can. I will not shy away from challenge or opposition for anything that opposes me is only making me stronger. If I had no opposition, I would be weak. If I can run, I run. If I have to walk, I walk. When I am forced to crawl, I crawl. And then I rest pick myself up and live to fight another day. I fear no man but I fear my workout. If I don’t fear my workout, it isn’t hard enough. I never cheat. There is no honor in cheating. What joy can there be in a victory I do not earn. I will give everything I have. And then I will find more within myself. I will bite off challenges, spit out results, and beg for more. I will pick a fight with every challenge that comes my way. I will battle until I achieve success and then look for my next opponent. I will never say can’t. Can’t is for quitters and I refuse to be a quitter. I vow to NEVER BACK DOWN! CROSSFIT215; A PASSION, AN OBSESSION, A LIFESTYLE! *Adapted from Mike Bergerner
